Products are shipping either UPS or USPS, unless otherwise requested. Shipment is typically accomplished within 24 hours of your order being placed (Monday thru Friday). Any order placed after 1pm EST, will ship the next business day. The average transit time is 2-5 business days, depending upon your location. The shipping costs affiliated with a final order are calculated based upon delivery within the contiguous United States.
Shipping rates are calculated based on delivery within the contiguous United States. All shipments are sent via Ground Service unless otherwise indicated in the order. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and world wide can be arranged. We will calculate the additional costs and e-mail them to you for your approval prior to shipment. Return/Exchange Policy/Money Back Guarantee Your satisfaction is important to us. Many of the products that we carry are guaranteed by their manufacturer. Should you wish to return any unused product within 30 days of purchase simply contact us stating the name of the product, your original order number, and the reason for the return. We will contact you with specific return instructions for that particular product. *Due to variations in color settings on individual computers we cannot guarantee your color selection will be an exact match, nor accept a return based upon color discrepancies.*
Please note that we only pay shipping charges in the event the product was defective and you notify us immediately upon receipt, otherwise customer is responsible for original shipping and handling fees as well as return shipping costs. Product must be returned unused and in its original packaging along with any affiliated paperwork, warranties, etc. Please contact us first, to acquire all return information, this will ensure your return is handled accurately and efficiently. A 5% restocking fee is attributed to all returns but will be waived in the event of an exchange.
If you prefer, we can arrange to exchange the product, for an identical or different product. Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original shipping charges.
