The snug fitting sliding cap is easy for you to lift, but difficult for squirrels. In addition, the contoured base keeps seed within reach for birds and the UV stabilized polycarbonate tube - won't yellow with age. It also has a threaded base to attach A-6T or OMT seed tray to catch seed and provide extra room for birds.
